Campus Ministry

Campus ministry is at the heart of SOW. Our students meet weekly on five different university campuses where they are provided with various on-campus activities centred on understanding and growing in the gospel.

Weekly Meetings

We meet weekly on campus throughout the respective uni terms to hear the Word, learn and grow in faith together.

Typically at Weekly Meetings (WM for short), each campus meets to listen to a sermon delivered by our chaplains, and discuss what we’ve learnt in small groups. There will also be times of games, praise or other activities during WMs, led by our student leaders.

LIFE101

Life101 is a 14-week course that dives into the basic fundamentals of Christianity exploring topics such as ‘The Basic Gospel’, ‘Knowing Christ’, ‘The Doctrine of Salvation’ and ‘Church’ to name a few. Grow deeper in your understanding of what it means to live as a Christian.

Offering of the course varies by campus. Please discuss with your campus leaders for more information.

REAP

REAP (Reading, Encouraging, Accountability and Prayer) are small groups that run on campus. Read the bible with other brothers and sisters in Christ and deepen your relationship with one another and with God.

REAP is organised on a by-campus basis, with registrations open at the start of the term. However, it is never too late to join, so please talk to one of your campus leaders!

Fellowship and Fun

Connect with members at our campus-run social events throughout the year and annual road trips and make life-long friends!
